Investing Platform eToro to Delist 4 Cryptocurrencies for U.S. Users Next Month

eToro stated “recent developments” as the impetus behind its move, specifically citing SEC legal action against Coinbase and Binance as well as labelling certain cryptocurrencies as securities.
Social investing platform eToro will delist several cryptocurrency tokens for U.S. customers within one month in response to recent legal actions taken by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Starting on July 12th, U.S. customers of eToro will no longer be permitted to open new positions in Algorand (ALGO), Decentraland (MANA), Dash (DASH) or Polygon (MATIC). Existing positions can still be held and sold within this token family.
